On Friday 27th March recordings of worship services were made for use on 29th March. These have now been uploaded to the church website, with the intention of them being used by people at home. If you are able to make use of these at our normal worship service times of 12 noon and 7.30pm that will be good. For those who do not have access to the church website, CDs were made and distributed.
Do continue to keep in touch with one another by phone and continue to pray for each other in these times when we are not able to worship together. Pray for those who are finding isolation difficult to cope with. Pray for some who are in hospital at present. Pray also for those who are working as carers, nurses or in other such roles and for others who are working from home or whose work requires them to be out and about. Our situations are different, but we need to all be looking to the same Lord in these days.
Jesus says in Matthew 11:28-30 – “Come to Me all you who labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
